            3. Mediocrity: Set high standards.
            4. Self-righteousness: Minister out of your own need.
            5. Fear of Man: Know how to deal with expectations.
            6. Separationism: Live what you minister.
            7. Formalism: Commit to a robust life of personal worship.
            8. Isolationism: Pursue personal accountability and nurture.
            9. Kingdom Conflict: Make sure you know whose kingdom you’re building. 
          10. Unrealistic Expectations: Be realistic about the messiness of the Body of Christ.
